The Job:
As the Senior Manager, SEA Channel Enablement, the Partner Channel is a key component of Epicor's Go-To-Market Strategy and this role is pivotal in our success. The role is to lead the Onboarding and Continuous Enablement of our Partner community across the SEA Region, with a focus on Partner certification/accreditation and ensuring their ability to deliver through the entire customer lifecycle from demo to deployment for the entire range of Epicor Platform/Solution offerings.
An essential part of the role is to Work Closely with the Country /Territory leaders and Channel Leadership team to maximise Bookings/revenue through a competent and capable channel community.
You can do this:
Develop Content, Collateral and Execute Programs to support Enablement and Onboarding of Partners.
Develop Plans with Channel Team/Partners to deliver assigned Revenue Goals.
Liaise with Key internal stakeholders - Regional and Corp to deliver consistent Partner experience.
Work with Channel and Territory teams to plan recruitment and onboarding of new Partners to improve our Market share.
Drive certification and accreditation across Partner community
You bring most of this:
Minimum 5 years experience in Similar channel role.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self -starter, with ability to operate across different countries/languages.
Strong Team Player.
Can operate at Board level with Partners/founders to deliver positive outcomes for all parties
Experience selling to the ERP or Enterprise software
Confident, hardworking, articulate
Ability to work multiple deals simultaneously.
Knowledge business application, e.g. MES, ERP, PLM, SCM etc.
Bachelor's degree or other educational degree
Experience of working in an international company environment
Ability to travel over 50%
