rhi is currently recruiting for a Senior Contract Enablement Analyst to join our client, a Global Oil & Gas company in their office in Bangsar South, Kuala Lumpur on a contract with rhi till 30 December 2023. You will be supporting a global team and therefore need to work in the UK / US timezone and anticipate shifts from 3pm - 12am. Shift allowance will be given. The Contract Enablement Senior Analyst will be an individual contributor for delivering quality outcomes across our client\xe2\x80\x99s Contract Lifecycle Management process specifically Contract Enablement. You will also need to support various businesses within the Group with a range of contract management and supplier validation activities. The ideal candidate will need to have practical and application experience in contracting of services and commodities, extensive knowledge and understanding of contracts and legal terms, coupled with a strong communication skill. You will support, enable and operationalise contracts within Contract Enablement for 3rd party suppliers and end-to-end contract management life cycle review inclusive of the following activities: Contract Enablement \xe2\x80\xa2 Validation of contracts \xe2\x80\xa2 Contract Close Out and Exits \xe2\x80\xa2 Stakeholder Engagement & Communication Contract Enablement \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in validating, reviewing contracts and provide assurance by timely executing them in accordance with our client\xe2\x80\x99s Procurement guidelines and policies. \xe2\x80\xa2 Perform contract quality compliance for contracts to mitigate risk and audit compliance before operationalising in Ariba. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide feedback to Procurement of any contractual ambiguities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in contract enabling, compilation, and ensure relevant appendices or exhibits are appended. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure contracts are signed and approved by authorized personnel in line with the company\xe2\x80\x99s Limits of Authority and Power of Attorney policies. Contract Creation \xe2\x80\xa2 Create contract headers, contract workspace and contract compliance in ARIBA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Facilitate signature process for contracts, amendments and variations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure storage and documentation of contract related documents in ARIBA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in facilitating transactional systems in accordance with the buying channel nominated. \xe2\x80\xa2 Operationalise contract within the appropriate systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure completes of P2P data before handing off for purchasing operations. Contract Validation \xe2\x80\xa2 Amend contract headers, contract workspace and contract compliance in ARIBA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Monitor, analyse and ensure compliance to contracts. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure the appropriate changes or notices being affected are made within the appropriate systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Manage amendments, notifications, change order, variation orders and terminations in a timely manner. \xe2\x80\xa2 Update the appropriate systems due to any change or amendments and communicate with the impacted stakeholders. Contract Close Out and Exit \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure contracts are properly closed out and terminated in ARIBA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Archive documents to ensure legal compliance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Close transactional systems in accordance with contract requirements. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyse and share lessons learnt where required. Stakeholder Engagement & Communication \xe2\x80\xa2 Interface with various internal stakeholders Category/Sourcing team, Procurement Operations, Supplier Enablement and Master Data Management team; and third party. \xe2\x80\xa2 Participate and contribute to discussions and meetings with various stakeholders. Others \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in the migration of company contracts from the legacy system into ARIBA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Supports the objective of no compromise on safe and compliant operations, including OMS related standards. \xe2\x80\xa2 Identify opportunities and drive continuous improvements within the service line. \xe2\x80\xa2 Support in reviewing general terms and conditions and provide feedback to Procurement of any potential contractual or commercial risks. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contracts that contain any missing information and do not meet operational requirements should be flagged to practitioners. Qualifications and experience: Essential Education \xe2\x80\xa2 University degree in Finance, Accounting or Business and related Procurement discipline. Essential experience and job requirements \xe2\x80\xa2 6 - 8 years or more working experiences including Procurement and Supply chain. \xe2\x80\xa2 Must be able to work in UK & US shift. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with Source-to-Pay processes and systems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in ARIBA or other e-procurement tools and deployments of similar scope and scale. \xe2\x80\xa2 Extensive knowledge and application experience with contract terms and conditions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Knowledge of procurement \xe2\x80\x93 contract operationalisation, contract review and daily contract management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experienced in working with global and virtual teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Fluent and strong communication skills (both written & verbal) in English \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work independently and pro-active in resolving issues \xe2\x80\xa2 This role will require occasional hours outside of standard business hours to join calls with global / overseas teams. \xe2\x80\xa2 Contractually and commercially risk adverse.
