Our Client is a US international construction services company and is a leading builder in diverse and numerous market segments. For more than half a century, they have been providing world-class management services and been involved in the design and construction phases of building projects for worldwide customers.



Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Handling the review, management and settlement of dispute resolution, claims, and negotiations on the contract change. Investigate issues related to the technical construction. Handling the review and response to claims following the contract conditions and ensuring the interest of the clients is protected. Proper administration of the current contracts, making sure everything complies with the contract. Examine and assess any contractual risks and recommend appropriate solutions. Build a correspondence and keep and maintain records that are required to guarantee effective administration of all matters pertaining to the contract. Keeping constant communication with clients, consultants, contractors, and subcontractors. Giving support to the company on its business development and any promotional events.

Education and Experience

The ideal candidate will have at least a bachelor\'s degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering or anything equivalent. Having a Master\'s Degree will be an advantage. Will ideally have RICS, CIArb or the equivalent membership or accreditation. Experience in arbitration/adjudication or litigation would be an additional advantage. Must have proven track record of claims preparation or claims defense for consultants, contractors, subcontractors, or developers. Will have broad understanding or knowledge of case law precedent, contract law, and other relevant industry practice such as PAM, FIDIC, and others. Will have exceptional written and spoken English communication skills.
