Your Job: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Brand Manager to lead the strategic development, execution, and growth of our Baby & Child Care portfolio under brand Huggies . Huggies brand is a leading brand in the Diapering category with a wide product portfolio. This role will handle 2-3 critical sub-brands within the portfolio, managing the strategic planning, marketing mix development, in-market execution to impact the brand\'s financial goals and market share. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, product development, regional stakeholders and creative partners, to ensure the brand\'s success and market leadership. This role reports to the Marketing Manager, Baby & Child Care. In your Senior Brand Manager, Baby & Child Care role, you\'ll help us deliver better care for billions of people around the world. Role Overview & Primary Accountabilities: Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies, encompassing short-term and long-term goals, to achieve business objectives and maximize brand equity. Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights to identify growth opportunities and market trends that inform brand strategy. Create annual brand marketing plans, outlining promotional activities, budget allocation, and product initiatives. Collaborate with product development teams to drive the creation of new product offerings and product line extensions, aligned with consumer preferences and brand positioning. Oversee product management, identifying opportunities for product improvement and SKU rationalization as necessary. Lead efforts to define and refine the Huggies proposition across the portfolio - refine positioning and establish a strong brand identity. Ensure brand guidelines and visual standards are consistently applied across all marketing materials and touchpoints. Develop and manage integrated marketing campaigns that leverage multiple channels, including paid social, earned media programs, influencers and instore maximization Lead robust media planning and execution in partnership with internal stakeholders and agencies that improves brand A&CP effectiveness DPSM - Provide inputs into DPSM strategy to Trade Marketing. Recommend RSP based on price index strategy. Consumer Promotions - Develop category Consumer Promotion programs that drive share growth and deliver while delivering against financial targets Work closely with sales teams to align marketing initiatives with sales strategies and optimize the brand\'s presence in retail channels. Collaborate with product development and R&D teams to support the launch of new products and maintain strong product-market fit. Partner with external agencies and vendors to execute marketing initiatives effectively. Net Sales Value / Gross Margin / Operating Profit - Lead local initiatives to ensure delivery of total category NSV (Net Sales Value), %GM (Gross Margin) and OP (Operating Profit) targets. RGM (Revenue Growth Management) - Identify and implement RGM initiatives to maximize topline growth opportunity and Gross Margin improvement Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the success of marketing campaigns and brand initiatives. Responsible for managing and optimizing the brand\'s marketing budget effectively . Essential Requirements: Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field MBA is a plus. Proven experience (at least 5-7 years) in brand management within the FMCG industry with demonstrable success in driving brand plans delivering share growth and strengthening the brand Strong understanding of consumer behavior, with the ability to translate insights into actionable strategies. Experience in broad stakeholder management, cross-functional teams - effective leadership and interpersonal skills. Preferable experience in leading commercial renovation / product innovation - impacting marketing mix like product design, packaging, concept and claims. Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Outstanding communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization. Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze data and make data-backed decisions. Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement. Strong leadership and team management skills.
