Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, agencies, and partners
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts, ensuring excellent client servicing
Understand client objectives, challenges, and industry trends to provide tailored digital solutions
Sales & Business Growth
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing and new clients
Upsell and cross-sell digital marketing services (social media campaigns, Google Ads, influencer marketing, web solutions)
Achieve and exceed sales or revenue targets by creating impactful proposals
Account Strategy & Campaign Execution
Collaborate with creative, social, content, and technical teams to deliver high-quality campaigns
Translate client briefs into clear campaign plans with measurable KPIs
Ensure smooth execution of campaigns and resolve issues promptly
Financial & Contract Management
Manage account budgets, pricing, and profitability
Lead contract discussions, renewals, and agreements with clients
Track sales and account performance, reporting results to management
Client Reporting & Insights
Deliver regular campaign performance reports to clients
Analyze results and provide actionable recommendations for improvement
Collaboration & Mentorship
Work closely with internal teams to ensure client success
Mentor junior account or sales team members, sharing best practices
Industry Knowledge
Stay updated with trends in digital marketing, social media, and influencer campaigns
Position the agency as a trusted partner for clients by sharing insights and recommendations
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (

)
Minimum
2-5 years of experience
in digital marketing, account management, or business consulting for experienced applicants
Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, tools, and campaigns
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Strategic thinking with the ability to identify growth opportunities
Financial acumen and experience managing budgets (for experienced candidates)
Analytical mindset and ability to translate data into insights
