Senior Cloud Operations Engineer

who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to leverage their expertise in cloud infrastructure, automation, and monitoring to scale a platform that powers the world's video advertising.

You will design, develop, and manage our

cloud infrastructure and monitoring solutions

, working closely with cross-functional teams to streamline processes, improve system reliability, and ensure platform resilience.

Key Responsibilities

Automate manual operational tasks to reduce repetitive work and improve efficiency. Identify system improvements to increase reliability and reduce incidents. Manage and enhance proactive monitoring solutions across production environments. Investigate recurring issues in live applications and collaborate with developers to prevent reoccurrence. Perform real-time diagnosis of major incidents across backend and frontend systems. Analyze and report on frequently occurring live problems, assisting developers in faster triage and fixes. Provide Tier 3 IT support for production infrastructure, including on-call rotations for 24x7 support. Build, manage, and document automated infrastructure solutions using CI/CD and configuration management tools. Ensure systems meet requirements for

scalability, redundancy, networking, security, and performance KPIs

. Continuously integrate new technologies, PaaS offerings, and APIs to strengthen system capabilities.

Requirements

5+ years of hands-on experience

in DevOps or Cloud Operations. Expertise with

GIT, CI/CD pipelines

, and infrastructure automation. Strong scripting/programming skills in

PowerShell

plus one or more:

Python, Bash, Java, JavaScript, Node.js

. Experience with

Jenkins, Ansible, Terraform

. Hands-on experience with

AWS

in large-scale enterprise systems. Familiarity with

Docker, Kubernetes, and container technologies

. Knowledge of monitoring and alerting tools such as

Grafana, DataDog

. Understanding of

security architecture, source control, and change management

. Strong problem-solving skills and a holistic approach to customer-focused solutions. Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to document systems and processes through diagrams, technical references, and knowledge bases. Capable of multitasking and prioritizing effectively in a

fast-paced environment

Pay: RM14,000.00 - RM16,000.00 per month
