About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated

Senior Cloud Technical Engineer

to join our team. In this role, you will work on meaningful projects, designing and implementing cloud-based solutions while collaborating with some of the best technical minds in the industry (AWS, Microsoft, and Google).

Key Responsibilities

Analyze customers' existing application and infrastructure architecture, recommending suitable cloud platforms and solutions. Design and architect cloud-based solutions, ensuring scalability, security, disaster recovery, and compliance. Configure and deploy cloud infrastructure (VMs, storage, networking, containers) following best practices. Develop and maintain CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab CI/CD, Travis CI, etc.) to automate builds, testing, and deployments. Apply Infrastructure-as-Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform or CloudFormation for infrastructure setup and management. Install, configure, troubleshoot, and administer operating systems (Windows & Linux) in cloud environments. Support application modernization from traditional infrastructure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP). Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, including performing root cause analysis. Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to ensure customer satisfaction and secure deployments. Explore new technologies and innovations in areas such as DevOps, Data Analytics, and AI/ML.

Requirements

Malaysian citizen (mandatory).

Minimum 5 years of experience in technical/engineering roles with hands-on expertise in at least one cloud platform (AWS, Azure, or GCP). Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline (Computer Science, Engineering, IT) or equivalent. Strong knowledge of cloud architectures, services, and deployment models. Experience with Infrastructure-as-Code (Terraform, CloudFormation). Solid understanding of CI/CD concepts, tools, and automation practices. Proven ability to design and implement scalable, highly available, and fault-tolerant cloud solutions. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and internal teams. Relevant certifications (AWS Solutions Architect, GCP Cloud Architect/Engineer, Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus. Proficiency in English (spoken and written).

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
