Most recently, we worked with Rockstar Games to bring the beloved western experience Red Dead Redemption and its horror companion Undead Nightmare together for the first time on the Nintendo Switch and modern PlayStation systems. We\'re looking for a Senior Community Manager to join our award winning team conveniently located in Mid City Valley, Kuala Lumpur. As our Senior Community Manager, you\'ll be the guiding force behind our community strategy for Europe and North America. Picture yourself: Leading the symphony: design and execute a community strategy in collaboration with the Publishing Operations Manager Online luminary: manage forums, chat sessions, live events and all online community activities Social sorcerer: monitor and align conversations across social media channels, identifying trends and exploring new platforms Master storyteller: regularly report on community sentiment through qualitative and quantitative insights Your resilience will see you handle pressure and navigate unexpected change at short notice in this fast moving role. There will be a need to align working hours with different time zones alongside some weekend working requirements. WOULD YOU ENJOY Being part of a small but super motivated publishing team where your actions and results are recognised immediately Being trusted to work independently and proactively to the highest standard Knowing that the results of your work would be seen by millions of people across the world Building game communities from scratch and nurturing them throughout the life cycle of the product Being the voice of Double Eleven as well as our games, engaging with the public at all levels Hunting brand ambassadors for the titles we\'re working on Working with a range of creative and technical people to refine Double Eleven\'s online identity All that without having to sacrifice your work-life balance or worry for your job security WHAT YOU\'LL BE DOING Design and execute the community strategy for Europe and North America in close collaboration with the Publishing Operations Manager Manage forums, chat sessions, live phases and events as well as all other online community activity Monitor and align conversation on all social media channels, in particular Twitter, Reddit, Discord Regularly report on community sentiment, via the use of listening tools, in the form of qualitative and quantitative reports Coordination of content publishing across Europe and North America, collaborating with external PR agencies when needed Content creation on a brand level, working closely with Publishing Operations Manager to define and answer the strategy objectives Collect and present feedback and consumer insights through regular in-depth reporting Create compelling communications to inform, acquire, engage, and excite players, in close collaboration with the Content Production team and the Senior Community Manager Design and deploy in-game community management features (such as FAQs, tips & tricks, etc.). Identify and engage with community leaders, rewarding valuable players for spending time in the community Work with the Publishing Operations Manager, Producers and the dev team to develop, update, and execute a community engagement calendar Requirements WHAT WE\'RE LOOKING FOR Extensive experience working in interactive entertainment, digital/social media, community/content management, and/or online gaming Experience designing and implementing community strategies from the ground up Expert in social media platforms, able to identify upcoming trends and explore new platforms that are worth integrating into a community strategy Outstanding written and oral communication skills in English Strong analytical skills and ability to present complex information in a simple format Ability to analyse game metrics, interpret data, and provide recommendations, based on qualitative and quantitative methods Experience managing Social Media channels, such as: Twitter, Forums, Reddit, and/or Discord Experience in creating and curating content, such as blog posts, videos, and livestreams, to engage the gaming community.
