Job Description


: We are looking for a Senior Compliance to join our Multinational companies. The core competencies of the Senior Compliance Officer role should have the ability and experience to take overall responsibility for the implementation and maintenance of compliance policy and procedures with a thorough understanding of the industry and regulatory framework applicable. Key Responsibilities: Manages day-to-day operation of the Compliance Program and monitors and enhances the implementation of the Compliance Program on a continuing basis. Monitor, and as necessary, coordinate compliance activities of other departments to remain abreast of the status of all compliance activities. Provide reports on a regular basis, and as directed to the General Management on the operation and progress of compliance efforts, including instances of non-compliance. Develop an effective compliance training program, prepare training materials and run introductory and on-going training programs To identify and enhance other processes, as needed, to help the company oversee, manage, and mitigate compliance risk Deal and liaise on corporate documents of overseas legal entities with local and international company secretary and corporate services provider. Liaise with regulatory authority and corporate services provider on matters relevant to our securities license overseas. Apply and follow-up with the trademark application process. Deal with local and international employment laws and regulations. Provide regulatory guidance to business teams on different partnership models. Manage all settings and processes internally to ensure the partner\'s success. Key Requirements: Possess a Degree in Law, Accountancy / Business Management / Banking, or any other equivalent qualification. Or relevant international accredited professional certifications (e.g., Certified Compliance Professional, AML, or regulatory compliance) Proven experience (6-8 years) in compliance, operational risk management, internal audit, regulatory consulting, fintech compliance or a related field. Experience in drafting legal documents (agreements, policies). Preferably those with legal practice experience in legal corporate field have strong regulatory compliance, non-financial risk management, or audit experience gained within financial services, legal or regulatory environments. Stakeholder management - Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with people at all levels of the organization including interfacing with directors and senior management. experience in dealing with regulators and will understand compliance risk management frameworks. Project management experience will be advantageous. assisting with the delivery of the global and regional Compliance framework requirements, local regulator expectations and requirements including reporting, policies and procedures, and compliance monitoring plans, to the extent permissible in each location. Demonstrated experience in a client-facing role with excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
