• Participate in client functional and technical workshops, to analyze and design Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations technical solutions
• Define and evaluate the non-functional/technical requirements for each business process in your workstream
• Collaborate on the creation of application requirements and fit/gap analysis
• Write technical specifications and collaborate with the functional team to ensure functional and technical requirements are understood and well defined
• Document the system extensions, integrations and prepare project documentation deliverables
• Support key-users in system integration acceptance testing
• Train key-users and/or end-users
• Collaborate with client technical resources around the definition and implementation of system integrations
• Collaborate with our offshore development teams to ensure successful implementation of your technical designs, ensuring adherence to Infosys development best practices
• Develop \'proof of concept\' solutions where required
• Management of multiple cloud instances of Dynamics including initial deployment, code releases and database copies, ensuring clear communication to stakeholders
• Code release management, ensuring successful build and deployment to relevant environments with appropriate release notes
• Solve technical issues encountered, raising to Microsoft support as required
• Skills /Competencies:
• Essential Skills:

• Ability to lead and manage client visits, participate in proposal orals, solution demos, discussions with customers - remote or in-person
• 10+ years Microsoft Dynamics CRM implementation experience.
• Job role experience as a consultant in a consulting practice, facilitating discovery workshops.
• Excellent communication skills; ability to interact with all levels of employees including executive level
• Experience creating strong business cases supported by compelling value propositions.
• Experience gathering business requirements and experience configuring Microsoft dynamics 365 CRM modules including Services, Sales , Marketing and Call Center
• Experience assisting with definition and Technical design of conversions and interfaces, and Technical experience in leading technical team through Microsoft dynamics 365 CRM usage; integration development
• Knowledge of Microsoft SharePoint, Business Intelligence tools, Dynamics 365 Portals, etc.
• Experience in implementing or being part of deployments around Dynamics 365 and Power Platform
• Experience with business process design or re-engineering
• Ability to work within a fast-paced, unstructured, and constantly changing environment
• Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication & presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on Technical experience on Microsoft D365 and power platform
• Additional Details

• Tertiary Qualification in IT / Computer Science / related discipline.
• Excellent customer interfacing skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and outstanding analytical and Problem-solving skills
