We do this by equipping their leaders with the right mindsets and capabilities to drive alignment, innovation, and performance.As a Senior Consultant at BTS, you will work directly with leaders from some of the world\'s leading corporations. You will learn how their business works and what their strategies are, and you will be shaping the leadership capabilities of their senior management.We work in small teams to develop impactful learning solutions, such as customised business experiences or leadership simulations. We then facilitate learning journeys with our clients in a workshop setting that incorporates humour, fun, and competition.There are no industry verticals at BTS, and you won\'t fly to the same city every week for three straight months, sitting in a spare cube at the client\'s office. You will work on multiple projects at one time, across different industries, and with different internal teams. You will travel to facilitate programs regionally, which could be up to 40-50% of the time in peak periods.The rest of the time will be spent creating the amazing experiences we provide for our clients. Interviewing clients, conducting research and analysis, testing programs, and laughing laughing. This is accomplished in a team-based setting, where our entrepreneurial culture of freedom and responsibility empowers you to contribute from your first day. You will also progressively manage client relationships, find new clients and opportunities, and grow the careers of other BTSers.About the role:

• Conceptualize, develop and deliver customized experiential learning solutions, particularly in the subject of Leadership Development to match specific needs and business objectives of global and regional clients
• Develop project leadership skills to become a key member of our international consulting team by designing and delivering people transformation projects
• Grow local/regional revenues for the Leadership and Coach Practice in Asia by increasing share of wallet within existing clients
• Be the Subject-Matter-Expert to support BTS account managers in growing their existing accounts by cross-selling Leadership and Management solutions
• Master the existing Leadership and Management portfolio of solutions and facilitate training workshops
• Work collaboratively with team members across BTS business practices and regions

This person will be located in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia and travel regularly, mainly across Asia.What we offer:

Candidates must show:

• At least 6 to 10 years of experience with an excellent track record in developing and delivering talent solutions, particularly in the field of Leadership Development
• Experience in selling consulting services or leadership training with a demonstrated track record of achievement in a variety of industries
• Certification or prior experience in psychometric assessments and its application in leadership development will be an advantage
• Certified as a HRD Corp Accredited Trainer is preferred
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with an authentic and confident presence that builds credibility and trust
• Ability to conceptualize and sell a vision, then design or co-create corresponding solutions
• Highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple streams of work at high quality
• Excellent project management skills, with the ability to work with multiple stakeholders and deliver under tight timelines
• A mature, humble, professional, and hands-on team player
• Alignment with BTS values, including client centricity and an entrepreneurial mindset
• Fluency in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia, (ability to facilitate workshops in other Asian languages will be a plus)
• Experience working in a multi-cultural environment, ideally in Asia
