About the Role
- Attend to inbound call and email enquiries received from corporate clients and to ensure service level agreement is maintained within target.
- Handle and protect Personally Identifiable Information (PII). PII is one of the top priority for AIA. You are responsible to ensure that customer confidence and the reputation of AIA is safeguarded at all times.
