Role Summary
Senior Content Analyst/Senior Analyst is responsible for collaborating and leading projects on a global scale and serves as a backup for Team Leaders. You will work on complex tasks, and work with relevant stakeholders in improving methodologies and client experience. The candidate should have strong organization, time management and prioritization skills, effective written and oral communication skills, and strong attention to details.

Essential Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• 
  Processes data in an accurate and timely manner using the knowledge of the tools and financial markets or compliance industry
• 
  Uses the approved sources to identify the data, convert / add value to the data or use the data as is defined in the collection policy
• 
  Collaborates with internal teams and external teams to support sourcing and collection of data
• 
  Lead specific complex projects assigned and meets or exceeds the KPIs defined
• 
  Report process improvement ideas to improve efficiency and customer experience
• 
  Design and conduct training and mentoring sessions for inexperienced team members
• 
  Drive initiatives to increase quality, timeliness and efficiency at the workplace
• 
  Work on more complex tasks and queries to ensure quicker turnaround and better quality
• 
  Collaborate and lead projects and initiatives with global scale
• 
  Performs data investigation on diagnostic, descriptive, and statistical output during a project.
• 
  Participates in the development of new business proposals and assists on other ongoing project work as needed.
• 
  Leverages specific market / language skills to deliver on customer / business requirements, adhering to the quality metrics set
• 
  Leads and supports in the resolution of client cases by fixing the data integrity, missing data and other similar issues

Education:

• 
  Bachelor\'s Degree or master\xe2\x80\x99s degree
• 
  Certifications on Language will be an added advantage

Language Skills:

• 
  Excellent reading, writing and spoken Mandarin/Japanese/Korean skills
• 
  Excellent reading, writing and spoken English skill
• 
  Added Advantage on Language certification - Mandarin \xe2\x80\x93 B2, N1 for Japanese & Topik 5 for Korean

Computer Skills

• 
  Adept in MS Applications \xe2\x80\x93 Excel, Outlook, Word, PPT.
• 
  Knowledge on SQL, Access, Python will be an added advantage but not mandatory.

LSEG is hiring candidates across several content business units such as Environmental, Social & Governance (ESG), Fundamentals, Content Entity, Exchange Traded content, Fixed Income & Contributed Content Operations.

Successful applicants are expected to start around April/May 2023. We are currently on Hybrid work mode - with initial requirement to be in the office full time during training period and then moving to a 3-days in office set up.
