Job Description

The Client: is a general contractor operating nationwide and overseas. The Company builds commercial, residential, and institutional buildings with high-rise and earthquake-resistant construction technology. The company also performs large scale civil engineering works such as nuclear power plants, Highways, Airport. It has developed several technologies for construction in soft ground. The Company operates real estate and office automation equipment businesses.

Duties, Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

• To calculate quantities or taking-off for cost analysis, quotation or tender purpose.
• To obtain quotations for tender purpose.
• To prepare of site budget.
• To obtain and evaluate all quotations.
• To prepare of monthly Budget Summary Report.
• To check of subcontractors progress claims.
• To carry out site measurements.
• To check of suppliers\' invoices.
• To prepare of progress claims to customers.
• To prepare of variation orders and final accounts to customers.
• To prepare of variation orders and final accounts to subcontractors and suppliers.
• To liaise with project team and design team for costing matter.
• To implement all policies, activities, procedures, instructions as relevant and required by the Kajima
• Total Management Systems.
• To undertake all other duties and responsibilities as instructed by the superior.

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Quantity Surveying
• 5 - 10 years of experience in Construction and QS
• To liaise with site Project Manager, consultant, client, subcon & suppliers
