The conversion associate is expected to focus on building up a strong client portfolio and to add value to our Company\xe2\x80\x99s further growth and development indifferent markets and regions. What will you do? Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads. Understanding customers\' needs and identifying sales opportunities. Answering potential customers\' questions and sending additional information per email. Keeping up with product and service information and updates. Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers. Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services. Staying informed about competing products and services. Upselling products and services. Researching and qualifying new leads. What are we looking for ? Candidate must have at least bachelor\'s degree from any field (preferably from finance & economics) Minimum 1 years of experience in sales/business development , preferably someone who has worked in a Finance trading industry Minimum 1-year experience using CRM, ideally Zendesk Excellent communication skills both verbal and written in English & Local Language
