Senior O2C Associate \xe2\x80\x93 Korean speaker

Summary:

We are currently recruiting a Senior O2C Associate \xe2\x80\x93 Korean speaker, located at our office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.

The Senior O2C Associate responsible for the delivery of effective and efficient finance transactional processes and controls from a GBS centre as described in the S&N Finance O2C taxonomy and in line with the Group Finance Manual, Minimum Acceptable Practices (MAPs) and Sarbanes Oxley requirements.

The Senior O2C Associate will delivers the service to meet SLAs and KPIs and to ensure positive Voice of Customer feedback.

Essential Job Functions:

The role will be responsible for the following key aspects:

• Good understanding of Balance sheet category reconciliations.
• Understanding of Cash Application process and Intercompany would be an added advantage
• Hands on experience to work on tools like MS Excel (usage of statistical functions, run detailed analysis on data sets), MS Power point.
• Understanding of end to end business transactions in the domain.
• Comprehensive knowledge of Accounting ERP (SAP) is a requisite.
• Preparing monthly/quarterly/annual reports.
• Performing Balance Sheet reconciliations.
• Providing prompt, efficient, detailed, customer oriented service to customer

Requirements:

• Certificate or tertiary qualification in Accountancy or related discipline
• 2 \xe2\x80\x93 3 years of Record to Report domain.
• Well versed with using MS Office tools- Excel.
• Ability to apply logical reasoning to solve problems
• Good written and verbal communication skills in Korean and Engl
