JOB BRIEF
Paluan Sejati Sdn. Bhd. is currently looking for a full-time Creative Manager in our head office in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
We are seeking a talented Creative Manager to join our creative team. As a Creative Manager, you will be responsible for the monitoring and approval of digital and mainstream content drafts used for above and below-the-line campaigns, media advertising, social media communications, and other related marketing and promotional campaigns.
Creative managers inspect the design layouts, ensuring that the team followed the requirements and high-quality standards. You are required to coordinate with the clients for updates and inform them of modifications as needed within their budget goals and set timeframe.
A creative manager must have excellent communication skills, especially on responding to the customers' inquiries and concerns and developing strategic procedures to increase brand awareness and attract potential clients.

RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage creative team to develop creative content for all assets.
Manage all forms of creative ideations, pre and post productions work, execution of all creative ideas in line with clients' briefs and directions.
Be fully responsible for all clients' corporate and brand identities and images.
Produce visually stimulating proposals that include custom logos, floor plans, videos and other requirements.
Stimulate and promote out-of-the-box creative ideas among team members.
Liaise with all clients on all matters pertaining to creative needs, executions and end-products.
