Job Description

Account Receivables:

• Monitor Accounts Receivable, and identify overdue accounts. Prepare regular reports on the status of unpaid accounts and any repayment progress.
• Contact customers with overdue accounts and attempt to either collect the overdue amount or get an expected date of collection.
• Resolving problems in relation to unpaid invoice by getting assistance from internal stakeholders.
• For customer who facing cashflow problem, negotiate a payment plan to collect it in instalments.
• Report to management on outstanding issues, whilst highlighting potential debtor problems.
• Reconciling complex month-end accounts.
• Overseeing the collection of customer accounts in a manner that ensures high customer satisfaction and loyalty.
• Send reminder letters for long overdue customer.
• Timely follow up on customer with legal action.
• Look for ways to improve debt collection processes.

New Customers:

• Evaluating new credit requests
• Check customer credit reports, approve or deny applications and communicate decisions to the appropriate personnel in timely manner.

Reporting:

• Prepare collection report to maintain updated customer overdue listing for credit control tracking purpose.
• Prepare estimation collection report
• Generate statement of account and email to customer every beginning of the month

Job Requirement:-

• At least 4 years of working experience as a credit controller or related fields.
• Good understanding of legal complexities of loans, payment plans and interest rates.
• Strong organization, analytical, negotiation and communication skills.
• Ability to listen to customer and negotiate best solutions.
• Familiarity with industry practices and professional standards.
• Able to work with minimum supervision, as well as able to contribute to learn development.
• People and results oriented and committed with a strong sense of urgency.
• Excellent in communication skills and proficient in various languages will be an added advantage.
• Strong analytical skills and attention to details
