: Senior Executive, Customer Care

Key Job Responsibilities:



Support sales personnel by delivering comprehensive customer service to internal and external stakeholders. Liaise with customers, vendors, and internal teams (e.g., Procurement, IQC, RA, Packing, Warehouse) to develop artwork. Monitor and follow up with packaging suppliers to ensure timely delivery of artwork proofs. Collaborate with the Oracle team to automate and digitize artwork development processes. Ensure accurate and timely creation of finished goods item codes. Manage artwork-related activities within specified KPI timelines. Prepare reports for customers and internal stakeholders as needed.

Experience Desired:



Proven experience in managing artwork development projects within the process manufacturing industry. Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality. Experience working with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Suppliers, Procurement, and Quality Control. Proficiency in Oracle or similar ERP systems for tracking and managing artwork processes. Strong reporting and data analysis skills. Must be a Malaysian citizen.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
