Attractive Senior Customer Ops Specialist Position! Your new company A well-known American multinational telecommunications company. Your new role With this role, you will be responsible for: Handle customers inquiries in 3 channels: inbound calls, chats & web enquiries and emails Be the middle point of contact between customers and repair centre in making sure that their issues are resolved. Make outbound calls for Channel, Sales and Marketing team and welcome newly accepted partners and maintain contact with existing partners at regular intervals.
