Senior Customer Service Associate

Job Description
- Performs the activities of Customer Service counter.
- Ensures customer service counter opening and closing is done according to guideline.
- Ensures that the customer service counter is manned at all times.
- Provide paging services.
- Receives walk-in customers and provide the required service and assistance.\xef\x82\xb7 Escalate customer feedback, complaints and requests to the relevant department.
- Work hand in hand with other departments to ensure all selling floor requirements are met.
- Deliver marketing promotion campaigns and in store promotions
- Add value to customer\'s visit.
- Degree/Diploma holder in any field including fresh graduates.
- SPM holder in a supervisory role for more than 1 year in retail or service sector.

- 1 year of relevant work experience required for this role
- Working rights required for this role
- Expected start date for role: 09 September 2024
- Expected salary: RM1,600 - RM1,800 per month
