Responsibilities:
As a Customer Service Associate, you will be working with our Premium Technology Company Account to deliver #happier customer experience. We are looking for a friendly and hardworking customer service associate to join our growing team to support a world-renowned Korean company. The individual in this role will be responsible for supporting business customers through the day-to-day management of customer accounts.

  • You are also required to perform these job functions: Answering customer calls and responding to live chats
  • Tracking and documenting customer data and service issues. Maintaining customer records in databases.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic and professional attitude toward customers at all times. Providing fast & accurate responses and doing close follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction & consistency;
  • Ability to stay calm when customers are stressed or upset good listening, clear communication & ability to use positive language. Send program-related collaterals and forms.
  • Advise on the latest promotions and mechanics. Manages feedback or complaints and liaises with backend support to resolve members' issues. Involve in ad-hoc projects. Meet daily KPI requirements.
  • Following up and assuring customer satisfaction. Willing to work on rotational shift hours, weekends and public holidays.
  • Any other duties and responsibilities that may be assigned to you by the management from time to time, within your category of employment in the organization and for the effective implementation, maintenance and continual improvement of the ISO9001 and ISO18295-1 Quality Management System of the company.
Requirements:
  • Candidate must possess at least SPM
  • At least 2 to 3 years of working experience in the customer service field is required for this position
  • Have basic troubleshooting skills
  • Possessed strong time management skills and motivated to exceed expectations.
  • Ability to multi-task and use information provided by customers to tailor responses and actions to meet specific needs.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Mandarin and English
  • Willing to work 5 days, 24/7 rotational shifts

Working Hours
24/7 rotational basis, 5 working days (might include weekends and public holidays)

Salary Range
MYR 2,300 - MYR 4,000 Basic + Language Allowance + KPI + Night Shift Allowances
