Able to read/write in Mandarin, and English (knowledge of Bahasa Malaysia will be an advantage)
Proficiency in Mandarin is a MUST
Minimum Certificate/Diploma
Candidates without the required education requirements but with minimum 2 years experience in a call centre environment will be given priority
