Serve as the primary contact point for tenants, addressing inquiries, complaints, and service requests promptly.
Handle escalated issues and provide solutions while maintaining high service standards.
Assist in the preparation of tenant communication materials (notices, announcements, email replies).
Coordinate with maintenance, security, and operations teams to resolve tenant issues efficiently.
Monitor service performance KPIs and ensure timely closure of service tickets.
Support onboarding of new tenants, including walkthroughs, briefing of building rules, and account activation.
Maintain accurate records of tenant interactions in the CRM system.
Provide guidance and support to junior customer service team members.
Assist in organizing tenant engagement events, surveys, and feedback collection.
Requirements
Minimum Degree of relevant field of study (Business).
Possess good communication and positive attitude.
Fluent in English.
PC literature with proficiency in computer skills.
Experience as customer service role will be an added advantage.
