Senior Customer Service Planner

Job Description
:
- Plan on Customer Demand Loading & liaise with scheduler to meet the Internal Loading plan and Customer Shipment plan.
- Liaise to customer on product and shipment plan.
- Resolve materials and capacity constraints.
- Manage VMI and subcontractor management.
- Enforce and enhance system in place on inventory control include inventory accuracy and Excess & Obsolesce Management.
- Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses.
- Ensure OTD & customer satisfaction.
- Create work order, follow up and co-ordinate with internal team.
- At least 3 years of working experience in Plastic Manufacturing or related to Planning and System MRP Application.
- Diploma or graduate in business administration, economics.
- Ability to work independently and self-directed.
- Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office & ERP.
- Able to work in fast pace working environment.
