Requirements

• Possess a minimum Diploma/Degree education qualification in any field.
• Possess at least 1 year of Customer Service experience.
• Required Language: Proficient in English and Mandarin communication (Spoken & Written)
• Possess a strong interest in the FinTech industry.
• Strong problem-solving skills with minimum supervision.
• Strong interpersonal skills, and goal-oriented person.
• Able to start work as soon as possible.

Responsibilities

• Field inbound support lives chats, emails, and telegrams from users about our product offerings.
• Liaise between departments to resolve problems.
• Proactively look for ways to improve internal processes.
• Research customer inquiries using the appropriate technology.
• Use problem-solving, analytical, and intuitive skills to follow logic and offer good solutions.

WORKING HOUR:

• Morning Shift starts from 7am - 4pm, Afternoon Shift starts from 2pm - 11pm, Night Shift starts from 10pm - 7am (Fixed schedule upon being shortlisted)
