Senior Customer Service Planner
Job Description
: Plan on Customer Demand Loading & liaise with scheduler to meet the Internal Loading plan and Customer Shipment plan. Liaise to customer on product and shipment plan. Resolve materials and capacity constraints. Manage VMI and subcontractor management. Enforce and enhance system in place on inventory control include inventory accuracy and Excess & Obsolesce Management. Plan inventory management processes to avoid shortages and excesses. Ensure OTD & customer satisfaction. Create work order, follow up and co-ordinate with internal team. Requirements: At least 3 years of working experience in Plastic Manufacturing or related to Planning and System MRP Application. Diploma or graduate in business administration, economics. Ability to work independently and self-directed. Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office & ERP. Able to work in fast pace working environment.
