We are looking for a dedicated and professional Customer Service Senior to lead our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and overseeing the overall CS functions with specifications shown below.
Key Responsibilities:
Staff management - staff scheduling, workload balancing, and mentoring new staff.
Taking up escalated cases from staff and making decisions.
Detecting and handling red flag cases.
Test checking staff's responses to ensure CS qualities are up to standard.
Identifying potential shipment delays and instructing staff to notify customers promptly.
Qualifications:
Proficiency in spoken Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is a must.
A university degree in any field is preferred.
Minimum 3 years' customer service experience
Experience in using Zendesk and/or Justcall is an advantage.
Supervisory mindset and able to make decisions in a reasonable manner.
Good soft skills to handle complicated cases.
Able to work under pressure and independently.
