Job Details: Position : Working Hours/Shift : (Start and End time) Mon-Fri 9am-6pm Working Location : 165 Jalan Ampang, Kuala Lumpur Working Duration: 12 months contract with PERSOLKELLY Remuneration : Basic up to RM10,000 with statutory contribution + leave entitlement + insurance & medical benefits Job Purpose The incumbent will be the MIS & Analyst for Malaysia Legacy Franchise Operations team with main responsibility in preparing building and preparing MIS for the team Requirements: Candidate must possess at least Diploma with 2 years working experience in financial industry/data analytics-related departments. Advance skills in Microsoft Excel, strong knowledge with programming languages - VBA, SAS EG/BASE for data manipulation and analysis. Working knowledge of the reporting infrastructure Sharp eye for accuracy & details, sound analytical and strategic thinker. Overall Responsibility: Prepare on regular operations/management reports for Legacy Franchise Operations group in a timely, consistent and controlled manner. Prepare GL reconciliation. Forecast, regular Regional, Global, Regulatory and adhoc reporting as required by management in timely and good quality matter. Develop, maintain and enhance current MIS capability and ensure high accuracy and efficiency in reports delivered. Support on translation between Statistical Analysis System (SAS) logic and Operations initiatives to improve the performance. Perform analysis and in-depth investigation into extracted data to support business initiatives and process enhancement. Provide insight and recommendation for management decision based on the findings from the analysis. Maintain and timely update of local operating procedure (LOP) to ensure it is aligned with current processes. Ensure proper control in place in all processes, compliance with regulatory & policies and audit readiness. Support implementation of go-to process, digitization/automation and migrate to new operating model and initiatives on standard system/ platform.
