Job Responsibilities :
The Senior Data Analyst for Razer Gold serves as the backbone of the compliance operations team. This role has a broad range of responsibilities across operational and analytical tasks. More specifically this can include managing data integration across diverse data sources, developing reports, and providing analysis.

You will be reporting to Engineering, risk and compliance operations departments and will be supporting the AML/CFT, Transaction Monitoring, and Fraud teams. To succeed in this role, you are expected to be able to provide sound methods and identify key results to support strategic decisions. Ideally, you have fantastic communication and presentation skills, and you can work effectively and efficiently with everyone from engineers to business partners.

• Develop and implement data collection methods/systems, data analytics, data sanitizing and other data strategies that align with the needs of optimize efficiency and quality for compliance processes
• Acquire and integrate data from multiple data sources
• Identify, analyze, and interpret trends and patterns for large complex datasets using statistical techniques
• Develop reports and dashboards for reporting purposes
• Training end-users on new reports and dashboards
• Work with management to prioritize business and information needs
• Present ongoing reports and findings to management and business partners

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree from an accredited University in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, Engineering, or other related field preferred, with at least 2-4 years of working experience in data analysis or business analysis
• Strong analytical skills with ability to collect, organize, analyze and visualize significant amounts of information from massive datasets (expertise in SQL, Python, PowerBI)
• Experience in banking / fintech / finance / payments industry preferred but not required.
• Advanced PowerPoint & Excel skills
• The ability to professionally communicate and adapt communication style to suit the appropriate audience.
• Certification in Data Analytics software or tools would be an added advantage.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, maintain flexibility in fast-paced environment, and meet or exceed deadlines.
