• Spearhead data initiatives through agile project management and hands-on contribution, focusing on data cleaning, quality enhancements, and product development
• Coordinate the development of data products and manage delivery of customized property intelligence reports
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality data solutions while adhering to agile methodologies
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, goals, and deliverables
• Monitor project progress, adjust plans as necessary, and identify and mitigate risks
• Facilitate communication between technical teams and non-technical stakeholders, driving continuous improvement in data processes
• Write and maintain codebase for data mining, processing, and cleaning operations, ensuring efficient and scalable data handling
• Create and maintain data, project, process and standards documentation on Confluence, ensuring clear communication and knowledge sharing across teams

Requirements:

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in working with terabyte scale datasets.
• Bachelor\'s degree in IT, Engineering, Statistics, Business or Data Analysis, or other relevant fields.
• Strong analytical and strategic problem-solver, with agile project management experience
• Strong knowledge of relational databases (BigQuery, Redshift, MySQL) and query authoring (SQL), having worked with Terabyte sized datasets
• Experience with coding effective, readable and maintainable scripts in Python
• Experience in working with BI tools such as Looker Studio, Looker or others
• Identify and address diverse B2B customer needs while effectively communicating complex ideas to stakeholders at all levels
• Thrive in complex, dynamic environments, adapting quickly to change and managing stakeholders effectively
• Demonstrate strong business acumen and problem-solving skills, with a results-driven mindset focused on making impactful contributions
• Embody a culture of excellence and ownership, pushing beyond expectations to deliver high-quality outcomes
