• We are looking for assistant manager of the Regional Collections Strategy team to handle all the data-related processes in the Collections area.
• You will report into the Head, Regional Collections and hybrid working in Petaling Jaya, Selangor.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• You will be responsible for all regular reports and ad-hoc collection-related analysis for all countries.
• You will ensure that agent incentives are computed and paid correctly following the incentive scheme.
• You will work with country collection managers and the data team for all data-related inquiries and manage risks related to LI and repayment rate targets.
• You will provide support in designing and accomplishing dynamic collection strategies for backend (late, DPD

90+) collections, ensuring qualified accounts are endorsed to the External Collection Agency (ECA) monthly and tracking their repayment and performance. * You will monitor backend strategies and ensure operations are running in all 6 countries.

• You will assist country collection managers in preparing and forecasting budgets, including the number of agents and collection activity costs (e.g., SMS, Telco, Incentive, LOD, among others).

QualificationsWhat Essential Skills You Will Need

• At least 5+ years of experience in collections or debt recovery within the hire purchase or financial services industry.
• You have strong understanding of credit risk management, debt recovery strategies, and legal regulations.
• You have proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a collections team.
