Responsibilities:


1. Strategic Operations & Delivery Management
?Contribute to and deliver the overall strategy to drive growth and capability in the delivery center.
?Collaborate closely with key stakeholders to understand business needs and define IT strategies accordingly.
?Evaluate existing corporate processes to pinpoint areas for improvement and optimization.
?Ensure that teams execute strategic initiatives effectively and efficiently.
?Support high-volume delivery pipeline, scheduling, and work with Delivery Head to actively set individual and team targets.
?Ensure that the delivery of new capability is compatible with the realization of benefits and business outcomes.

2. Resource & Workforce Management


?Manage demand & supply forecasting, planning, workforce management, bench programs, redeployment, and re-tooling.
?Perform Resource Management including supporting recruitment activities (sourcing, interviewing) for delivery roles, capability planning, and forecasting.
?Drive relevant Learning and Development (L&D) initiatives.
?Own ODC Resource Management - track new joiners, resignations, CV tracker, etc.
?Coordinate Secondment Work Order (WO) renewals with Project Managers, Delivery Leads, and Business Operations.

3. Executive & Administrative Support


?Provide direct assistance to the Delivery Head (Danny Lee) including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and preparing Minutes of Meeting (MoM) with follow-up actions.
?Handle business trip coordination, meal budget approvals, and expense reimbursements for the Delivery Head.
?Provide administrative support to the MY Delivery Team, including coordinating logistics for meetings and events.
?Track and consolidate team deliverables, reports, and submissions.
?Manage new joiner onboarding logistics (ID creation, knowledge transfer coordination).

4. Compliance, Quality & Reporting


?Act as the MDEC Compliance Lead: ensure full compliance with rules, regulations, reporting requirements, and manage renewals, incentives, and LOAs.
?Ensure compliance to quality processes and existing Quality Management Systems (e.g., CMMI, ISO) and support certification efforts.
?Act as site BCP coordinator for Malaysia
?Create and maintain key reports and decks shared with clients and internal stakeholders.
?Manage operation reporting: Timesheet Compliance, Utilization Reports (bench & underutilized), Resource Plan (RP) Validation, and coordinate quarterly RMP updates.
?Facilitate access and account management for new joiners (Xaccount, Corp account, EKP, VPN, Remedy, MSPO).

5. Procurement, Vendor & Asset Management


?Administer new purchases and renewals: raise Purchase Requests (PR) for new requisitions and renewals.
?Own Server Room Asset Contract Renewal (based on provided asset list and vendor quotation).
?Process vendor onboarding, payment requests, and operational item purchases (excluding standard admin/facility/IT equipment).
?Coordinate project logistics.
?Manage monthly broadband (e.g., Unifi, Time) and tooling subscription (e.g., Amazon, Azure) payment requests.

6. Events & Committee Leadership


?Plan and oversee all Malaysia-based events (corporate, CSR, employee engagement, townhalls) as the Committee Lead.
?Coordinate with cross-functional teams (HR, Admin, Security, Site Teams) for smooth execution.
?Manage event logistics, vendor relations, venue bookings, permits, and catering.
?Lead volunteer committees and task delegation.
?Monitor event budgets and provide post-event reports.

Qualifications:


?Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, Computer Science, or related field, with 8+ years' experience in Engagement Management or Service Delivery Management.
?Proven ability to think strategically, lead teams, and align IT initiatives with business goals, including strong executive presentation skills.
?Excellent interpersonal skills for working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders at all levels; prior IT consultancy experience preferred.
?In-depth understanding of IT landscapes, industry best practices, and project management to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
?Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments, solve complex IT challenges, and quickly adapt to changing priorities.
?Motivated and action-oriented individual with strong decision-making skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM9,500.00 - RM10,000.00 per month
