Senior Dental Nurse / Clinic Manager

who is passionate about patient care, clinical excellence, and team leadership.

About the Role:

This position combines hands-on clinical support with leadership responsibilities. You will work closely with our dentists to ensure smooth daily operations, maintain high-quality patient care, and oversee the performance and discipline of the clinical team. As part of our growing network, you will also play a key role in training and developing junior staff while ensuring compliance with Smile-Link's operating standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist dentists during clinical and surgical procedures with precision and professionalism Oversee infection control, sterilization, and overall clinic hygiene practices Manage patient flow, treatment preparation, and post-treatment care Supervise, train, and evaluate junior dental nurses and front-line staff Ensure clinic operations meet Smile-Link's service and compliance standards Coordinate with suppliers and DSO departments to ensure smooth daily operations Contribute to reports, inventory management, and administrative oversight

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of clinical experience

as a Dental Nurse or in a related role Proven ability to lead and manage clinical or operational teams Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills High sense of responsibility, commitment, and patient-first attitude Ability to work 5 days a week (subject to shift and rotation schedule)

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
