Job Description

Responsible to produce and oversee all creative solutions (digital and print media) to support marketing needs. \xc2\xb7 Oversee all design projects from conception to delivery, ensuring quality, accuracy and deadlines are met. \xc2\xb7 Generate new ideas and develop original creatives such as graphics, animation, videography to support marketing campaigns and events \xc2\xb7 Key liaison to obtain campaign brief (objective and requirements), and providing clear creative brief and direction to the team. \xc2\xb7 Review designers\xe2\x80\x99 work to ensure quality work of high visual impact that conveys the intended message to consumers and target audience \xc2\xb7 Critique and recommend changes to improve and refine design quality (images, font, layout, typography) to deliver the key messages \xc2\xb7 Maintain brand consistency throughout all our marketing projects \xc2\xb7 Conduct research and explore new ideas from time to time to contribute new creative content strategies for marketing campaign and goals. \xc2\xb7 Stay up-to-date with industry developments and tools and guide team to constantly upskill in content creation Job Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Possess a degree in Design, Visual Arts or relevant field \xc2\xb7 At least 3 years working experience as Graphic Designer. Experience as team leader will be added advantage. \xc2\xb7 Strong portfolio of completed design projects in digital, animation, videography and print. \xc2\xb7 Hands-on experience with image and video editing software, such as Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Premier Pro, After Effects, CapCut, etc. \xc2\xb7 Strong aesthetic skills with the ability to combine various colors, fonts and layouts \xc2\xb7 Attention to visual details \xc2\xb7 Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with a team Job Type: Permanent Salary: RM2,200.00 - RM4,000.00 per month Benefits:
