Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• User and Project Administration for both Windchill RV&S Systems.

• Windchill RV&S System Configuration: configure Windchill RV&S to support the Medical Device Product Development Process.

• Data Model Configuration: configuration of PTC Windchill RV&S solution modules in accordance with internal customer requirements (Requirements Management, Project Management, Change & Defect Management, Version & Variant Management, Test Management and Source Management, System Management)

• User Interface Configuration: configuration of common view sets for different roles, queries, workflows, item fields, dashboards, charts, reports & metrics etc.

Analyze and document business processes in the environment of extended PLM (PDM, ALM, RM).

• Effort estimation of user stories, providing demonstrations for implementation.

• Determines operational feasibility by evaluating analysis, problem definition, requirements, solution development, and proposed solutions.

• Develop appropriate solutions to meet business requirements.

• Support and perform code deployments and configuration changes across the environments and test coordination.

• Vendor liaison: manage maintenance, operational issues (bugs) and upgrades in collaboration with PTC. Work with vendor to secure necessary product improvements.

• User Support: reinforce existing L1\L2 support team.

• System Status Reporting: prepare reports on usage, licensing, configuration as required.

• Incidental: Other duties as assigned by Leadership.

Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree preferably in Computer Science, Information Technology, Computer Engineering, or related IT discipline.

• 5 -7 years of related working experience on PTC Windchill RV&S v13.0 or above (formerly known as PTC Integrity) System Configuration and Customization.

• 5 to 7 Years' experience of previous experience in IT demonstrating solid performance in a role working with cross-functional teams (within IT and/or within the business) on enterprise-level or complex/novel system implementations.

Additional Skills:

• Development of Web Applications.

• Technical Skills required: Java, JSP, Java Script, XML, JSON, SQL, PL/SQL, SOAP/RESTful Web Services, HTML, XML, XSLT, CSS (web technologies).

• Good experience in working with multi workstream development environment using DevOps CI/CD tools and methodologies.

• Experience with the Software Development Lifecycle including Source Control and configuration management (Git) and bug tracking s/w such as Bugzilla, Jira, Rational.

• Bug, issue tracking and project management with JIRA.

• Any Requirement Management /ALM tools including DOORS, Windchill RV&S, Polarion and any Test Management including HPQC, Integrity or others is a plus.

• Experience with Agile software Development practice.

• Relevant industry experience (e.g. medical device, pharmaceuticals, etc.) or in highly regulated environments/corporate.
