Job Responsibilities: * Responsible for IT senior developer activities including system requirement study, design and documentation, development, system integration, testing, deployment, and post implementation support. * Investigate Production Job Responsibilities: Responsible for IT senior developer activities including system requirement study, design and documentation, development, system integration, testing, deployment, and post implementation support. Investigate Production problems and recommending resolutions, assessing the impact and effort required to do the problem fix. Analysis business requirements, documenting, and effectively communicating with all relevant parties. Change Control - Ensure change management is handled as per the established Change Control procedure. Release Management - Assist in the preparation of new software releases and planning of application software upgrades for business applications as required. Responsible for the application and all system dependencies support activities including maintenance, administration, and night support. Work closely with the Team Lead, Business team, IT infrastructure team, vendors, and other related Sections/Departments to provide operational support and to ensure efficiently resolution of IT application-related incidents and service requests. Providing leadership, training, coaching, and guidance to junior staff. Managing projects, developing project plans, and monitoring performance. Prioritizing initiatives based on business needs and requirements. Proactively manage system risks by defining improvement or mitigation plans. Ensuring IT governance, standards, procedures, and regulations are always adhered to. Job Requirements: Bachelor's Degree in computer science / Information Technology, in any related fields. Minimum 6 years' experience in application development, systems support and application database management Strong Technical knowledge in web application using Unix/Linux, IBM DB2, SQL and PHP Previous experience in the Loan application system, multi-tier architecture, Multiple system integration is a plus Ability to multi-task, work under pressure and to meet tight deadlines Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong customer service and support focus with a desire to deliver a high-quality service Well-organized, methodical, good time management skills and possesses a 'can-do' work attitude
