Responsibilities

  • Participate in discussions and briefs with digital & PR team, and clients to understand client\xe2\x80\x99s needs.
  • Develop creative strategies for client\xe2\x80\x99s visual communications needs and create content and content amplification plans.
  • Work with creative team to develop mood boards / storyboards for client\xe2\x80\x99s strategies, as well as individual photoshoots and styling.
  • Work closely with creative team to oversee graphic design, styling and photography/production needs for client and team
  • Responsible for updating Company\xe2\x80\x99s Social media sites and websites
  • Assist in the creation of CI and CI guideline for the company inclusive of company\xe2\x80\x99s client-facing documents and platforms.
  • Assist in creative ideas and design for the digital department\xe2\x80\x99s Business Development activities.
  • Be on top of social media trends and create visuals and illustrations that will help create better engagement for clients and company
  • Ensure all inventory of photoshoot/styling items are purchased with approval and updated for clients & Company.
  • Responsible for the upkeep and inventory in our Digital department and lead digital media engagement strategies which includes guidelines, objective & procedures by identifying the right target audience and social impacts.
  • Identifying monitoring tools, integrating the interactive media into the business strategy and maintain good rapport with social media organizations, influencers and analysts.
  • Collaborate with other entities (media/customer relations), to manage reputation, identify key players and coordinate actions.
  • Lead innovation and transformation in how content is delivered to our target customers and to demonstrate true digital creative marketing leadership and bring the vision of us and our clientele to life.
  • Oversee digital projects and ensure smooth operation for all digital tools and applications (e.g. website, blogs and social media)
  • Train internal teams to use digital technologies
  • Work with the team to oversee creation and management of online advertising campaigns.
  • Work with the team to research and identify new social networks to reach our target customers.
  • Use audience insight and analytics to continuously improve the user experience
  • Manage and synergize the various areas within the digital and put systems and processes in place for the team to follow (SOPs)
  • Manage all social media channels, campaigns (including e-mails) to sustain an engaging audience experience and to increase audience satisfaction.
  • Includes but not limited to planning, developing, implementing and managing the overall digital marketing strategy for company and clients.
  • Work with the team to monitor, research and analyse social media trends, ad revenue and web visitor data, to improve social media presence and campaign efficacy.
  • Work with the team to prepare monthly or campaign reports
  • Business development \xe2\x80\x93 organically within the clientele and new clients as per the KPIs set by the Managing Director
  • To undertake any other duties that may be assigned from time to time.
Requirements
  • Possess at least a certification in Communications/ Marketing/ Media Studies or equivalent.
  • At least 5 years of related working experience in digital media platforms and / digital agencies
  • Experience in copywriting, content creation, client servicing, digital analytics, digital ad buys and brand marketing.
  • Required skills : managed various social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter
  • Ability to multitask and communicate effectively with team members to reliably carry out projects.
  • Proficient in videography and photography as well as related production and graphic tools
  • Good attitude and ability to work well under stress is a MUST.
  • Willing to work on extended hours when necessary
  • Ability to work well independently and as a team, as well as able to meet tight deadlines.
  • Good command of spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia.
