• Optimize online advertising costs and campaigns in multiple online platforms i.e. full suite from Google and Meta, TikTok, Lazada, Shopee, etc.
• Well versed in Ads Manager, Business Manager and relevant social media advertising tools.
• Understand the intregrated marketing campaigns and how digital plays its role in the plan to drive uplifts in the relevant metrics i.e. impressions, reach, CTRs, etc.
• Strategize and manage digital marketing campaigns and summarize reports.
• Measure the performance of digital marketing efforts using a variety of web analytics tools.
• Analyze data and leverage data insights to develop online marketing campaigns responding to the products.
• Manage and control marketing spending vs budget to achieve maximum ROI.
• Responsible on the performance of all online metrics to achieve maximum ROI.
• Active research for new trends and customer insights and buying journey to improve product and service satisfaction.
• Assist in all marketing related activities and any other assignments that may be assigned from time to time.
• Collaborate with principal/creative teams to produce engaging content tailored to channel.

Tanggungjawab

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Business Communication OR similar disciplines.
• Fluent written/spoken English. Good command of written and oral Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin is a plus point.
• Good working knowledge and hands-on experience in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing and major digital analytic/monitoring tools.
• Energetic, detail-oriented and results-oriented self-starter.
• Minimum 2-3 years' of digital marketing experience in any high energy, fast moving industry.
