Tanggungjawab

• Assisting in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with customers.
• Planning and monitoring the ongoing company presence on social media platform.
• Launch optimized online adverts to increase company and brand awareness.
• Preparing online newsletters and promotional emails and organize their distribution through various channels
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website.
• Collaborate with graphic designer to improve user experience.
• Acquire insight in online marketing trends and keep strategies up-to-date.
• Maintain partnership with dealers and vendors.
• Managing Facebook enquiry by daily basis.
• Handle customers\' enquiries from all digital and social media platform. Follow up after sales service ensuring customers\' satisfaction.
• Must consistently achieve the monthly sales target assigned by the management.
• Provide latest products information and packages to customer through digital platform or contact customer directly.
• Preparing quotations to the customers.
• Report customers\' opinion & products feedback to management.
• Uphold company image & reputation with proper grooming and language.
• Assisting sales team collect car and deliver car.
• Work with various content formats such as videos, audio and pictures.
• Assists in other ad-hoc assignments.
