WORK FROM HOME BASIS We are looking for experienced digital marketing in Professional Skin Care. As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist in the skincare industry, you will be responsible for developing and executing digital marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness, engagement, and sales. • Assist in the formulation of strategies to build a lasting digital connection with consumers
• Plan and monitor the ongoing company presence on social media (Tiktok, instagram, Facebook etc.)
• Provide creative ideas for content marketing and update website
• Develop and implement digital marketing strategies, including email, social media, paid search, display advertising, and content marketing, to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to the website
• Plan and execute digital campaigns to promote new product launches and drive sales
• Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for optimization
• Work closely with the product development team to ensure that product information and messaging is accurate and consistent across all channels
• Collaborate with the e-commerce team to develop and execute promotional campaigns and ensure a seamless customer experience
• Manage relationships with external agencies and vendors to execute digital marketing campaigns
• Monitor industry trends and identify opportunities to innovate and stay ahead of the competition

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in the skincare or beauty industry
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including email, social media, paid search, and display advertising
• Demonstrated experience developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Ability to analyze data and provide actionable insights
• Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience working with cross-functional teams
• Passion for the skincare industry and keeping up with industry trends and innovations.

Job Type: Full-time Salary: RM4,000.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
