Job Description

As a Senior Digital Marketing Specialist, you will join the Management Events\' global Marketing Team located in Kuala Lumpur. You will lead our B2B lead generation marketing campaigns on social media platforms (primarily LinkedIn and Meta), evaluate marketing performance metrics, as well as the business impact of your campaigns and collaborate closely with internal teams to maximize the results.

What you will do:

• Together with senior marketing leaders, you develop paid marketing strategies for LinkedIn and Meta that are tailored to each specific product
• Take ownership of our paid social media channels, manage and optimize them and ensure on-point execution and success
• Derive the right measures for campaign optimization to maximize business impact. You will look beyond just marketing metrics and will have a clear understanding of your influence on business results!
• Ensure that our marketing efforts are continuously tracked and create ongoing analyses and reports
• Be actively involved in various internal projects related to tracking and analytics, campaigns\xe2\x80\x99 automation, A/B testing, etc
• Keep yourself up-to-date with the latest changes in the world of performance marketing and act as a thought leader in your field within the marketing department.
• Collaborate with an external agency regarding Google Discover and Search Ads.

About you:

• At least 4 years of experience in Performance Marketing
• Conversant in Linkedin Marketing Solutions, Meta Business Manager
• Solid experience with Tracking and Analytics Tools (GA4, Google Tag Manager etc)
• Analytical mindset, meticulous with a strong eye for detail
• Highly goal-driven, know your marketing KPIs and work well in fast-paced environments
• High ambition and aspiration to continuously improve, keen interest in business operations
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Passion for marketing strategy, ability and desire to contribute and test out own ideas
• Having fun working on challenging projects, growing with them, as well as celebrating their success
