Uphold and promote the company's brand identity and values across all marketing communications.
Market Research & Analysis
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
Provide reports and insights to support marketing decisions and strategic planning.
Budget & Cross-Department Collaboration
Manage marketing budgets effectively and provide regular expenditure and ROI reports.
Work closely with Sales, Product Development, Customer Service, and other departments to ensure cohesive and aligned marketing efforts.
Team Support
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior marketing staff to support skill development.
Handle any other ad-hoc duties assigned by the superior.
E-Commerce ResponsibilitiesProduct Management
Upload and update product listings, ensuring accurate descriptions, pricing, and images optimized for customer engagement and SEO.
Monitor stock levels, coordinate with internal teams for restocking, and ensure up-to-date product availability.
Website Maintenance & Optimization
Ensure the e-commerce website runs smoothly, is user-friendly, and offers a seamless shopping experience.
Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot issues, enhance functionality, and improve site performance.
Monitor site speed, mobile responsiveness, and implement improvements based on customer feedback.
Order Processing & Fulfilment
Oversee order fulfillment, ensuring timely dispatch and monitoring delivery timelines.
Handle returns, exchanges, and refunds according to company policy, ensuring a positive customer experience.
Coordinate with warehouse teams and courier partners to maintain smooth operations.
Sales & Promotions
Plan, execute, and track promotional campaigns, sales events, and discount activities.
Work with the marketing team to launch campaigns, paid ads, and product releases.
Analyze sales performance and recommend strategies to increase revenue and sales growth.
Customer Service & Engagement
Respond to customer inquiries via email and resolve issues related to orders, products, or payments.
Maintain high customer satisfaction by providing prompt and accurate information.

SEO & Content Optimization
Optimize product pages and website content for search engines to drive organic traffic.
