The Senior Electrical & Instrumentation Engineer will be responsible for overseeing electrical and instrumentation systems within our facilities. This role requires expertise in PLC, SCADA, and DCS systems to ensure the reliability, efficiency, and safety of our operations. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, excellent technical knowledge, and the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.

• Design, implement, and maintain electrical and instrumentation systems to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Develop and execute maintenance plans for electrical and instrumentation equipment, including PLCs, SCADA, and DCS systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve electrical and instrumentation issues to minimize downtime and production interruptions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement upgrades and modifications to existing systems.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits to ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and maintain documentation, including electrical schematics, P&IDs, and operating procedures.
• Provide technical support and training to operations and maintenance teams on electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Participate in the design and commissioning of new equipment and systems, ensuring adherence to project timelines and specifications.
• Keep abreast of industry trends and best practices in electrical and instrumentation engineering.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to optimize system performance, efficiency, and reliability.
• Coordinate with external vendors and contractors as needed for equipment procurement and installation projects.
• Actively participate in safety programs and initiatives to promote a culture of safety in the workplace.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Electrical Engineering, Instrumentation Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum of 7 years of experience in electrical and instrumentation engineering, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
• Proficiency in PLC programming, SCADA systems, and DCS systems.
• Strong understanding of electrical and instrumentation principles, including control systems, sensors, and actuators.
• Experience with troubleshooting and diagnostic techniques for electrical and instrumentation systems.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to travel occasionally for training and project assignments.
