One of the biggest healthcare is looking for Senior Embryologist Your new company You will be working with one of the largest healthcare medical group in Malaysia. Your new role Clinical . Oversees the operational functionalities of ART Embryology and Andrology Laboratories and Day Care clinic. . Perform and evaluate laboratory procedures used in the treatment of male and female infertility by IVF / ICSI, TESA and Embryo Transfer procedures. . Coordinate and perform advanced services including cryopreservation of oocyte, embryo, sperm and other related procedures involves semen analysis, IUI and semen freezing. . Classify fertilization of oocyte and assess embryo grades and maintain cultures under controlled conditions. Administrative . Monitor and document all laboratory records in accordance with general laboratory procedures. . Continue the development of ART related documents e.g. consents, worksheets and Lab Manuals in accordance to best practices. What you\'ll need to succeed . Minimum Bachelors Degree in Science or related Biomedical field . Masters Degree in Assisted Reproductive Therapy or related field is preferred. . Minimum of 5 years post qualification supervised training or relevant experience. . Minimum of 50 completed hands-on cycles of IVF/ICSI (either part or post-degree training). . Excellent computer skills . Good knowledge of Health and Safety at Work regulations for laboratory workers. . Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to enable liaison with and advice to patients, clinicians, nurses, all Hospital staff and outside agencies.
