In your new role you will:

• Accountable for QMS execution in new package development project to ensure package release and qualification meeting committed functionality, reliability and safe ramp. Accountable for QMS execution for all Customer samples and Qualification Samples to ensure samples\' quality are meeting customer requirement.
• Drive execution compliance to ensure deliver products at committed functionality, reliability, time, volume and cost with no deviations.
• Ensure A-project comply to IFX standard & systematic. Drive and Develop Quality 1st Time Right approach in Package Development, achieving milestone fulfilment and Time to Market.
• Participate in risk identification for Design FMEA and Process FMEA discussion. Identify risk based on assembly design rules, process capability matrix, past experience, lesson learned.
• Ensure that the project implements all requirements as defined in reliability assessment plan and report with QA REL role, according to Package Requirement Profile (PRP) as released by the DIV PJM/QM
• Responsible in Technical/ Process compliance review of A-milestone checklists content to ensure the compliance, Summary Page for Milestone Release (from RAR), prior to key milestone release.
• Responsible in creation of Safe Launch control plan and execution of Safe Launch systematic; Accountable for safe launch control plan fulfilment & final lot release.
• To trigger early escalation and 8D/focus teams for process improvement, if necessary. Responsible to support in development task forces and 8D (Using the 6 sigma techniques) if there is a failure.
• Responsible as quality owner (between AQE and line QE) for A projects including ramp up until project closure. Support all internal and customer audit for project till A9 Milestone.
• Drive DMRB (Development Material Review Board) systematic for deviation or non-conformance management during the A-milestone process (prior A9) to prevent re-occurrence. Ensure material disposition with proper risk assessment.
• Drive ESRB (Engineering Samples Review Board) systematic to ensure engineering Samples quality control (M/T/D-milestone, Safe Launch, Sample Review Board) - qualification sample, customer sample through proper review.

• Min Degree (Semiconductor Technology, Microelectronics, Electronics,Mechanical, Electrical, Material Science or Applied Science) orequivalent.
• Familiar and experienced in quality systematic knowhow, strongunderstanding of quality principles. Knowledge of SPC, FMEA, PPAP, 8D
• Good technical knowledge and familiar in semiconductor processesand reliability assessment
