KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Responsible for monitoring the project progress and ensuring that the work executed are of quality within budget and in a timely manner.
• Resolve project issues according to organizational policy, process and procedure.
• Lead a group of personnel to review documents / design drawings / calculations submitted by the Contractors.
• Witnessing the testing and commissioning of various electrical equipment at site after installation
• Verifying that the test results is in compliance with the contract requirements.
• Ensuring that the work executed at site are according to the requirements stated in the Contract Specifications.
• Quality check on site installation.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholder on the design drawing / documents / calculation submission as well as arranging design coordination meeting whenever necessary.
• Liaising with relevant internal/external stakeholder whenever necessary pertaining the installation, commissioning and testing.
• Monitoring the design change, calculation and drawing submission.
• Coach junior staff in relevant field.
• Embed Project Delivery, Commercial, Digitalization and HSSE Excellence in day-to-day tasks.

THINKING ENVIRONMENT & CHALLENGES:

• Managing internal and external stakeholder i.e. Asset Owners, Authority bodies, Consultants and Contractors.
• Meeting project original timeline when there is scope creep to the project work scope.
• Working in a project team matrix environment.
• Dealing with multi-national companies on project quality activities.

QUALIFICATION & WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in Electrical Engineering with minimum 6 to 8 years of relevant working experience.

Preference will be given to internal candidate.
