Minimum Bachelor\'s Degree in Mechanical and Electrical / Electronics, Industrial Engineering or related.
Minimum 3-5 years experience in EMS / SMT / PBCA automotive electronics manufacturing company.
Familiar with ISO9000 / IATF16949 / ISO14000 / OHSA18000 management system audit work.
Familiar with engineering tools such as 8D, QC, FMEA, SPC, MSA, GB, Six Sigma, etc.
Know how to use manufacturing software such as SAP / MES system.
Good interpersonal communication skills, problem analysis and problem-solving abilities.
ResponsibilitiesCustomer Quality Engineer(CQE)
To coordinate CQE team to handle major quality issues from customer compliant and feedback.
Responsible for collecting and confirming quality issues in NPI stage.
Lead and handle quality from customer feedback/complaints, improve and follow-up corrective action and respond to 8D reports.
Lead and develop product quality control plans and product inspection standards. For Deviation shipment and UAI, to determine whether release the final solution or not based on evidence and data review and risk assessment.
Lead the customer\'s product audit, organize and make internal preparation of relevant audit materials, and promote improvement actions based on the findings and NC items from audit.
Follow up on product certification. Follow up on FA and handling of RMA, determine responsibility of root cause, and make RMA summary report.
Process
Follow up the project on stage NPI, mass production until daily management.
Responsible for customer document interpretation and DFM analysis, product flow chart design, product line layout.
Evaluate and quote for equipment & fixture input, manpower, UPH and accessories cost.
Responsible for the process requirement of the fixture fabrication, PFMEA, control plan (CP), work instruction etc.
Continues improve the process quality, efficiency and manufacturing cost.
Participate in company quality system audit, customer audit, and output/revise the document that audit needed.
Test
Based on customer product testing requirements to develop test schemes, design and development of test systems and test machines.
Led the test technical team to support the production line testing work and continuously improve the team\'s working ability.
Committed to continuously improving the test pass rate, test efficiency and test machine stability, and reducing test costs.
Responsible for new product test NRE quotation, test NPI and customer test document understanding and absorption.
Introduction of new test methods and techniques, responsible for the training of technicians and assistant engineers.
Work with colleagues in other departments to drive product quality improvement and share information related to testing.
Communicate with customer to solve test related problems.
