Job Description
In your new role you will: Spare parts management on usage, budget control. and work on cost reductions Trouble shoot and diagnose difficult, infrequent problems in a systematic approach Monitor PM activities, OEE & MTBA performance, quality and yield of assembly processes Responsible for machine qualifications & buyoff (repeat order only) Supports production stabilization projects to achieve robust manufacturing Assist in monitoring, improving, analyzing and in control processes, materials, tooling and equipment & updating of relevant document Your Profile You are best equipped for this task if you have: Masters/Bachelor\'s Degree in Engineering (Electrical / Electronics / Microelectronics / Mechatronics / Semiconductor Technology) More than5 years working experience in electronics or semiconductor manufacturing, experience in Molding is advantage Coach and supervise technical specialists/technicians by assigning tasks and checking work at frequent intervals. Good understanding of TPM and Maintenance systematics Good understanding of machine mechanism and capable to perform PM activities Possessed good analytical and problem solving skills Benefits What we offer you in Melaka Melaka is our biggest production site wordwide with more than 7000 employees.
