JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\xe2\x80\x8b

• Ensure that all the production machinery is always available in good operating condition at a reasonable time and cost.
• To prepare a yearly schedule for the machine maintenance program and follow up with his/her subordinates on the progress of the schedule.
• Prepare Machine PM Checklist for new machine and revision when necessary
• To provide technical and manpower support for new machine introductions, improvements, and modifications.
• Prepare and control weekly maintenance schedule and progress.
• Control the upkeep budget for the assigned section.
• Schedule and supervise the day-to-day maintenance manpower arrangement for the assigned section.
• To ensure that all the production machinery is always available, provide support and training for the subordinates.
• Coordination with suppliers, contractors, procurement, and production for machine spare parts and repairs.
• Compile machine performance data and countermeasures for breakdowns.
• Compile and update the maintenance, spare parts, and other relevant records for the assigned section.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

• Min 3 years of working experience in plant maintenance
• Must be able to speak and write in Japanese
• Skilled and bilingual Japanese-speaking Engineer
• Play a key role in driving our engineering initiatives
• The successful candidate will work collaboratively with our international team, leveraging their language proficiency and engineering expertise to contribute to the success of our projects.
